A LEAD OF 100 YEARS
For more than a century ETHEN ROHRE has been driving forth the development of capillary tubes with innovations. Based on that experience we developed our own manufacturing methods, machines and processes. And we keep refining them every day; with a dedicated team, a desire for innovation and investments and a real love for tubes.

Our mission for more than 65 years
Our capillary and precision tubes are part of machinery and plant manufacturing processes throughout the world. They are used to pressurise, regulate and control in the fields of medical engineering, raw material extraction and energy generation. We feel at home in all areas of application where maximum precision and heavy-duty characteristics are required.
For this reason, we manufacture on precision machines developed in-house. Our precision starts with the diameter only after the decimal point. And that is precisely why we have stood for quality for more than 65 years.

PRODUCTION OF CAPILLARY AND PRECISION TUBES: with outer diameters of 0.7 mm to 19.05 mm.
Also, small quantities without minimum order quantities – thanks to flexible processes and our stock list we are offering more possibilities.
WIDE CHOICE OF MATERIALS: Titanium, nickel, nickel-base alloys, rustproof and heat-resistant stainless steels,
special materials – we are further developing quality standards with all materials.
LARGE PRODUCT RANGE AND CAMPAIGN MANUFACTURING: Quick delivery of major quantities as well based on upstream products from renowned European manufacturers – that is one of our distinctive qualities. Our campaign manufacturing capability makes an important contribution to that.
SERVICES AROUND TUBE PRODUCTION: Have your precision tubes drawn, re-drawn, set or annealed – the people behind ETHEN love tubes and are committed to precision.
FLEXIBLE-TOLERANCE TUBE PRODUCTION: We guarantee possible tolerances for your precision tubes according to DIN EN ISO 1127 D4/T4. Narrower tolerance ranges exceeding that range are possible as well. The ETHEN tolerance standard is +/- 0.05 mm for outside diameters and +/- 10% for wall thicknesses.
