“Act­ing straight. Speak­ing plain­text” – One of six sen­tences defin­ing our activ­i­ties at ETHEN.

 

Anoth­er one is: “Quality cre­ates work. And fun.” These are some of the basic prin­ci­ples which Ethen staff mem­bers have worked out for the new mis­sion state­ment. The par­tic­i­pants in the inter­nal work­shop were well aware of the per­spec­tive: that of the Ethen cus­tomer. Tobias Kirch explains why: “Our con­cern is always the cre­ation of new added val­ues for our cus­tomers; also and espe­cial­ly in case of basic prin­ci­ples, the inter­nal influ­ence of which also affects the outside.”

Nev­er­the­less, it is important that every indi­vid­ual work­ing in the com­pa­ny knows what she/​he can use for gen­er­al ori­en­ta­tion as regards her/​his con­duct. Against this back­ground all staff mem­bers at Ethen togeth­er devel­oped six basic prin­ci­ples, which speak a clear lan­guage and in detail describe our self-con­cept at the man­u­fac­ture of capillary and precision tubes.

A process, direct­ly gen­er­at­ing new added val­ues also for you our cus­tomers and part­ners, with even greater con­scious­ness for cus­tomer and quality ori­en­ta­tion of our team.
